Using this website, the chat or online booking means you agree to these terms.
Bookings and requests
A visit is booked only when you see “You're booked” or get a confirmation email that says confirmed. A request is not a booking until the team confirms it.
Prices are confirmed by the technician on site unless a price is written on this site for that service.
The AI assistant
Our phone line and chat may be answered by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes. Anything it books shows up as a confirmed booking or a request, and the team follows up. Ask for a person any time.
Emergencies
If anyone is in danger — a gas smell, fire, sparks or flooding near electricity — leave and call 911 first. This website and chat are not an emergency service.
Fair use
Please don't send false bookings, spam, or try to misuse the chat. We may block traffic that does.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of AZ.
