What we collect

Only what you give us to help with your job:

• Your name, phone number, email and the address for the visit.
• What's going on, in your words, and the time you picked.
• Recordings and transcripts of phone calls, and the text of chats.
• Basic page-visit counts (which page, and whether you tapped call or book). These are not tied to your name.

Why we use it

To call you back, book and run your visit, and send you the confirmation. We don't sell your details and we don't send marketing from this site.

Companies that help us

These companies handle your details only to provide their part of the service:

• SnappLocal — builds and runs this website, the phone assistant and the chat.
• Twilio — carries phone calls.
• OpenAI — powers the AI assistant that answers calls and chats.
• Resend — sends booking and message emails.
• Stripe — handles the business's own subscription payments (never your card).

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no ad trackers, so there's no cookie banner. If you tick “Remember my details” on the booking form, they're saved only in your own browser. The chat keeps a conversation number in your browser until you close the tab.

Call recording

Calls to TEST Worker Check are answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded so we get your details right. You'll hear this at the start of the call.

How long we keep it

We keep job records while we're working together and as long as the law requires for business records. Ask us any time to delete what we don't need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your details, a correction, or deletion. Use the form below, or contact us. We reply within 30 days.
